Meaning of Symbols, Colors and Motto:

The universal symbol for women crested with the Hollywood star type motif indicates the power of young women to be stars and legends in their own time. The fiery color of the star indicates the fire within every young woman to succeed.  The colors and words within the logo indicate the following:

Red: Blood & Sacrifice

Green: Prosperity & Progress

Rainbow: Color & Character

Black: Bold & Beautiful

WOMEN OF MAGNITUDE EMPOWERING NOVICES or W.O.M.E.N. is an innovative, energetic, highly charged, creative, interactive, fun and holistic approach to uplifting, cultivating, training, and enriching the lives of young women, especially young women of color who are often disenfranchised. This workshop is run by notable women who are IE: Celebrities, CEO’s, Etc. and also women who have years of experience in their particular fields of business who take time out to teach young girls, teens, and young adult women in different disciplines and fields of study and business. This workshop goes further as some of these notable women actually take on these younger women as apprentices and assistants.
